This place is awesome, everything is within a short stroll. Great views, clean rooms, and an onsen on site. The staff is exceptional!

During our new year's stay, we enjoyed the easy walking distance to the chairlifts and nearby restaurants, as well as the friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome. the amenities, such as sufficient parking and storage for snow gear, were very useful.

While we had a mostly positive experience, we did notice that the pillows were small and quite hard, which made for an uncomfortable sleep at times. the Wi-Fi was sometimes slow, which made it difficult to stay connected.
