I had a great stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Akita. The central location was perfect with Senshu Park just a short 10-minute walk away, where I got to enjoy the hanami festival surrounded by beautiful sakura. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, especially along the river that was just a short walk away. The reception staff were friendly and could speak some English, which made communication easier. Additionally, the parking being adjacent to the hotel was very convenient.

Convenient location, 20 mins walk from train station and 10 mins from Senshu Park. Plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. Large, clean room with comfortable bed and great view of park.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location next to the main station is convenient for exploring Akita's attractions and there is a big restaurant street nearby for dinner options. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities provided in the rooms on level 12 are satisfactory. Additionally, having breakfast included in the rate is a nice touch, although it may cater more to Japanese taste.

All was well during our stay, no improvements needed.

This hotel was a great deal for the price! the staff was very accommodating and helpful. the room was spacious, and the coffee provided was delicious. the free view added a nice touch! the convenience store nearby was a life-saver and we appreciated the English-speaking hotel staff. the location was also very central to many great restaurants and shops.

The distance from public transportation. It was a bit of a hassle to navigate the buses and there were limited options for parking nearby.
