Polite, friendly, and helpful staff. Convenient location. Comfy room. Small launderette and vending machines on the floor. Steamer for clothes. Full-size bathroom with bath. Foot and leg massage machine. Extremely clean. Great for female solo travelers. Kind and professional staff.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from a Family Mart convenience store and close to the train station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a gorgeous bathroom. The staff provided great service, even printing out important documents at 2am. Although breakfast wasn't included, there were plenty of eating choices nearby. a convenient and comfortable stay.

There was a communication issue with the front desk staff struggling with English.

The location is excellent, just a short distance from the train station. Across the street, there is a great restaurant that serves authentic Japanese food at a fair price. The staff at the hotel are very helpful. The rooms, although small, are clean and neat, providing a comfortable place to sleep.

The Italian restaurant inside the hotel's lobby was a great find offering delicious food. the proximity to the train station made it easy to get around, even with lots of luggage. the room had everything necessary to make my stay comfortable, including a small launderette.

The elevator system was a bit odd, forcing me to go to the second floor first and then back down to get to my intended floor. the room felt a bit cramped, but it was still manageable.
