This place is in a great area for shopping and dining, just off the main street and within walking distance of several subway stations. It's also on a quieter street of this bustling area. The staff was always prompt and courteous, and the room was nicely equipped with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and other amenities, including an in-room safe. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, and the spa & wellness centre was a nice touch.

the stay at ginza premier was amazing! rooms were comfy and spacious, loved the massage chair and the 'handy' phone. staff were super helpful and spoke english well. breakfast at the kitchen by salvatore cuomo was delicious with a great variety. perfect location for shopping and sightseeing.

Celebrating Xmas at this hotel was a great experience! the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby area were a warm welcome after a cold day out. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city and its vibrant neighborhoods. the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected with friends and family back home.

Our room, unfortunately, showed some signs of wear and tear, such as cracked tiles in the bathroom. Lastly, the hotel could do with more prominent signage to locate the elevator lobby.

We had a great time at our recent stay at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch and catered to our liking. The hotel had a karaoke room and a casino, which was perfect for us as we enjoy both activities.

When it came to safety, we felt completely at ease walking around the area, even at night. There was no reason to complain about our safety during our stay.
