The front desk staff, Kushan and Yumi, went above and beyond to help me retrieve a bag I had left on the Shinkansen. Their assistance in contacting the JR authority and providing a Japanese script was instrumental in resolving the situation. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to recover my valuable belongings, including silk clothes and prescription medicines. Additionally, Gina at the reception was friendly and fluent in English, providing excellent customer service. The daily breakfast offered a delicious variety of Japanese food, and the cheese cake was a highlight. The hotel's location, although not near the station, was easily accessible by a convenient bus ride. The newly refurbished rooms were comfortable, and I especially appreciated the bathtub's design for added relaxation. Plum tea was a lovely touch in the room.

We spent New Year's Eve in a hotel that offers a complimentary breakfast, and we enjoyed it very much. the shower was comfortable, and the hotel is located within walking distance from a supermarket and a street filled with restaurants, giving us plenty of options at night.

The price was too high for the services provided. the fridge-freezer was very tiny and did not even freeze my ice cream.
