I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the train station and right across from a mall. The room size was adequate with enough space for my luggage and even had a comfortable bed that could sleep two people. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great for relaxing after long walks. Everything was clean and tidy. The hotel also provided umbrellas for guests, which was a nice touch since it was rainy. The wifi signal was strong and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kanazawa.

As young people, we loved the easy check-in process for our party of 17. The hotel also offered luggage delivery service, saving us the hassle of carrying 17 bags. The staff's dedication to finding and returning a lost diamond earring was exceptional. The hotel even provided us with free bottled water if we chose not to have our linens and slippers changed daily.

We felt extremely content and had no reason to complain.

The complementary tea and coffee were a life saver during my thanksgiving stay. the hotel was located a stone's throw away from the main station and right opposite a shopping center, making it very easy to find a bite to eat or do some last minute shopping. the room size was also pretty decent and I appreciated having some space to move around.

The options were quite limited and lacked variety. On the other hand, the noise from the railway loudspeakers disrupted my sleep and was quite an annoyance.
