I stayed for 6 nights here, with a break in between for my trip to Kyoto. The staff, especially Mr. Yahata, were incredibly helpful during my late check-in. The location is superb, with the subway station just 8 meters away. The convenience of the Keihan Line to Kyoto and easy access to Kansai Airport makes travel a breeze. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. a solid hotel with friendly staff and an unbeatable location.

Stayed 8 nights at this hotel, a strategic location for me to travel around Kyoto, Kobe, and USJ. Impressed with wifi speed, no problem with Facetime or watching YouTube. Modernized bathroom with a strong shower. Easy access to subway station, polite staff, and clean rooms. Affordable price considering the high quality of the hotel. Unique experience with the elevator always stopping at the 3rd floor lobby where staff politely bowed. Hotel has automated washing machines and mobile device chargers.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location, being just steps away from Kitahama station. It made getting around this city a breeze. The neighborhood was also very pleasant and quiet, giving us a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. I recently stayed at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Kitahama for a short business trip. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even helping with storing my bike and assisting my partner with a shop transaction. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and feels safe and peaceful. There are plenty of tasty eating places in the nearby side streets, and taking a walk along the river to see the workers enjoying picnics under the blossoms was a wonderful Japanese experience. the hotel's extra effort, convenient location, and nearby amenities made my stay enjoyable.

With an elevator at exit No. 6, it was easy to navigate with our luggage. The surrounding area has plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, making it very convenient for dining and grabbing necessities. The hotel itself had fantastic service, with a helpful reception desk that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
