I had a wonderful stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Yamanote line and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and I even had a great view of Mount Fuji. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and excellent value.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Osaki JR train station, with a walking bridge providing easy access. It is also within proximity to the Yamanote Line, the main metro line in the city, making it convenient for exploring Tokyo. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and a 24-hour mart, ensuring that guests have plenty of dining options and access to necessities during their stay.

One minor drawback is that some staff members do not speak English fluently, which might pose slight communication challenges.

This hotel is an absolute gem, offering incredible value for money. The location couldn't be more convenient, with the main JR Osaki train station just a 5-minute walk away. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities such as a massage chair and humidifier. And the breakfast, included in the room rate, offered a satisfying mix of Western options.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

Convenient location just minutes away from a busy train station, making it easy to travel around. The room was clean and well-maintained, with free Wi-Fi and mobile charging available. The massage chair in the room was a pleasant surprise and made for a relaxing experience after a long day out.

The bathroom was small and had poor ventilation, making it difficult to use the shower comfortably. the shower head was not adjustable, making it difficult for taller guests to fit underneath it.

Good location near train station, well connected by JR line to shopping destinations. Great pubs, convenience store, and restaurants within walking distance. Indoor swimming pool and gym available. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Housekeeping is excellent.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view. The shower had good pressure and the bathroom was modern. The hotel is conveniently located very close to Osaki station, making it easy to get to the Shinkansen and Shinagawa station. It's just one stop away from Shinagawa, so it's perfect if you have a JR pass. The hotel staff were kind, knowledgeable, and spoke English well. The amenities were good, especially the coffee. It was definitely great value for money and I would stay here again.
