We had a great stay at the hotel. the triple room we booked was spacious, and the breakfast provided had a delicious spread with both Japanese and Western dishes. We enjoyed the beautiful views of Wakayama castle from the breakfast dining area and our room. the location of the hotel was excellent, right across from the castle, with easy access to buses that could take us to Kuroshio Market.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite Wakayama Castle, with easy access from the JR Station by bus. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The building and rooms exceeded expectations. The hotel restaurant offers a beautiful view of the castle during breakfast. The Sakura Festival nearby was a delicious treat.

Great location and beautiful views during cherry blossom season. Easy parking nearby. Convenient with a bookstore, convenience store, and various restaurants below. The room is well-equipped with a comfortable bed and stable wifi.

The view of the castle from my room was absolutely stunning. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was a good size. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The 24-hour convenient store downstairs was also a plus. The parking lot, although in a separate building, was conveniently close and had elevator access. The air conditioning worked well during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect. It is situated right across Wakayama Castle, allowing for easy access to explore the historic site and enjoy the beautiful view of the castle gardens. The proximity to the castle gate also means that you can reach it within just 5 minutes by foot.

The weak and occasionally disconnecting wifi connection. Although the main free wifi was available, it was not always reliable, making it inconvenient for those who rely heavily on the internet during their stay.
