Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Matsuyama castle and the Dogo area. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff members. The room amenities were excellent, including heating and air conditioning, a trouser press, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were also great, with a restaurant available on-site. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the electric kettle in the room was convenient for making tea or coffee. The hotel also offered Wi-Fi and had a 24-hour reception and security, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Friendly staff in uniform, helping with luggage. Complimentary orange juice and variety of yukatas/towels for nearby onsens. Discounted onsen tickets available. Modern, well-decorated room with comfortable tatami mats. Excellent location near public baths and touristy shopping district.

We stayed in a hotel during Christmas, and there were a few things I liked about it. the location was great! It was really close to the main station and to all the local attractions. This made it really easy for us to get around and explore the city. the hotel had a really neat juice bar where we could get free-flowing mikan juice.

There were a few things I didn't like about the hotel. the room was quite small and cramped.

We stayed in a hotel that was conveniently located in the Dogo area, just a short walk from both the Dogo Onsen Honkan and the tram station to Matsuyama castle. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel provided various amenities, including a choice of yukatas and towels for the onsen, as well as complimentary orange juice and coffee/cookies. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh vegetables and salad options.

The room size was a bit cramped, especially if you had a suitcase.

My room at Dogoyaya was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a single traveler like me. The bathtub was spacious, although it was a bit shaky when getting in and out. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk to the famous Dogo Onsen. I also loved the cute yukata provided for free in the lobby. The breakfast was elegant and delicious, with an abundance of different oranges to try. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Matsuyama.
