The staff here are exceptionally professional and go above and beyond to assist guests, even arranging for forgotten items to be sent to the next hotel. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and extensive breakfast options, including a great selection of Western dishes.

I had a great stay at a conveniently located hotel between the train station and a famous castle. the Dormy Inn style was familiar, but the highlight was the beautiful rooftop rotenburo with a stunning rock design. the onsen experience was one of the best I've had, exceeding its price point. the breakfast offered delicious local cuisine without any pretentiousness. the city itself was a delight to explore.

Best location, friendly staff and cozy atmosphere! the hotel offers a perfect location, close to the main station and walking distance to main attractions. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and nice amenities. the onsen on-site was fantastic, offering a relaxing atmosphere that sets the mood for a delightful stay!

Worst air quality and crowded sleeping area. the lobby and main breakfast area were a bit smelly, and the air quality was not good.
