Stayed at Dormy Inn on a trip from Tokyo to Osaka. Fantastic facilities and staff who speak fluent English. The all-you-can-eat breakfast had a great range of vegetarian options, as well as both Western and Japanese cuisine. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, and is also within a 10-minute walk to Mishina Taisha. We were traveling with our 7-month-old and there was plenty of room for our bags and a cot. we loved our stay at Dormy Inn.

I had a great stay at a functional hotel close to the Shinkansen. The onsen was very nice with a hot rooftop indoor/outdoor bath and a view of Mt. Fuji. The room was comfortable with adjustable temperature controls and a full-sized bathroom. The location is convenient for day trips to Hakone, Yokohama, Tokyo, or Kamakura. I highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located near the station with easy access to various places. Onsen on the top floor offers views of Mt. Fuji. Comfortable beds and late-night soba service. Rooms are clean and well-equipped, including a free laundry machine.

The hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the Mount Fuji area, as it is close to both the Mishima Shinkansen station and Mishima station. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, and the onsen provides a relaxing experience with a view of Mount Fuji. The staff is kind and accommodating, offering little extras like free yakult and massage chairs.

The hotel facilities are a bit outdated and could use some improvement.

The hot spa was a highlight of our stay, offering a traditional Japanese experience. We also appreciated the free noodles and coffee in the evening, and the helpful staff who gave us directions to nearby sites. The location was convenient, with easy access to both north and south exits of the train station.

The air-conditioning was also quite noisy when switched on. the footpath from the station was difficult to navigate with luggage and there were limited dining options nearby.
