The onsen at Dormy Inn was amazing! The men's bath on the 10th floor had a beautiful outdoor rotenburo and the temperature was perfect. The wooden decor in the room made it feel cozy and comforting. The staff I interacted with spoke English well and were very helpful. I had a great stay at this hotel.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, not far from the train station and right by the eating area. It's also close to nearby convenience stores. The staff provide excellent service and are helpful and efficient. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with in-room bathrooms and a choice of a semi-double or double bed. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of food.

All was well, no improvements needed.

Convenient location, helpful staff, and relaxing onsen. Free laundry facilities, though drying is at an additional cost. Ensuite toilets in all rooms, as per Lonely Planet. Some areas can be cold, but overall, a warm and comfortable stay. Happy with the service and amenities provided.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to travel around. The rooms are compact but efficient, providing all the necessary amenities including a multi-charger for electronic devices. The onsen facilities are excellent, with both indoor and outdoor baths, and there is even a dry sauna available. Guests can also enjoy complimentary ramen in the evening and a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices.

The choice of cupboard space in the rooms could be improved, as wall hooks are not very practical for hanging clothes.

Free parking available and walking distance to restaurants. the breakfast was worth the money. the room was generally clean and the onsen was a very nice addition to the hotel, especially in the city center.

The hotel was a bit difficult to locate and further from transportation than expected. the room was cramped and lacked space for our suitcases.
