Good staff and polite - always willing to help. the room was cozy and had everything we needed. the breakfast had local options that we enjoyed.

Our expectations were not met. We wanted to have a relaxing romantic escape, but there were no clear rules about tattoos and they denied us entry to the onsen.

I recently stayed at Dormy Inn and was blown away by the hotel and its facilities. The location was ideal, being close to Dotonbori and within easy reach of Nara and the airport. The room itself was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and impeccably clean. The daily housekeeping service was top-notch, with fresh pyjamas and replenished water each day. The highlight for me was the onsen, sauna, and cold pool, which provided a beautiful and relaxing experience. The onsen area was well-stocked with complimentary items like hairbrushes and ice lollies, and even had a massage chair. The hotel also offered free noodles in the evenings, which was a nice extra. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I am so glad that I chose to stay at this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a Lawson's convenience store right next to it and the subway station very close by. The service was excellent, with dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services available. The room had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also had a great dining area and a friendly and helpful staff. The leisure facilities, including the spa & wellness centre, sauna, and massage services, were a wonderful treat. The hot spring bath and open-air bath were especially relaxing.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel offers a natural hot spring, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The cafeteria serves delicious tempura and miso soup.

Some staff members were not attentive and provided subpar service.
