The front desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful, giving accurate directions. Convenient location near tourist attractions and metro stations. Small but sufficient and quiet room. Nice added value with the onsen. Staff helped with early check-in after a long flight.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect with this place being close to two subway stations, Nankai Namba station and namba osaka station. The room was really clean and had all the standard amenities like heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the spa and wellness centre was really nice with its sauna and massage services. The free toiletries were also a plus. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the luggage storage service.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

the onsen facility was amazing, and we especially appreciated the congestion watch on the in-room TV to check how crowded it was. the location was convenient, within walking distance of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Having a Family Mart right at the hotel was a plus, and we enjoyed the hotel breakfast with its delicious spread and unlimited ikura. the onsen itself was gorgeous and relaxing, with a steam room that had a TV inside. the free ramen and popsicles were a nice touch, and the probiotic drinks in the morning were a welcome addition.

The hotel is conveniently located near Namba station, making it easy to access nearby shopping centers and the Nipponbashi train station. The rooms are well-equipped and decorated smartly, with enough space to comfortably open a big luggage. The hotel offers free hot baths and noodle soup in the evening, providing a relaxing experience after a long day out.

Some tourists may not be familiar with the rules of using the hot springs, resulting in some unpleasantries during the experience.

The hotel is in a great location, right near all the action in Dontunburi. It's also handy to all major tourist spots, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are small but clean, with all necessary amenities provided. The onsen is a lovely addition, perfect for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.

The wifi reception can be quite poor, making it frustrating to stay connected.

Great location, close to Namba Station and many attractions. The onsen/bath house was big, clean, and absolutely lovely. The complimentary noodles and popsicles after using the onsen were a nice touch. The employees at the onsite restaurant were very friendly. The room, while small, was fully equipped and had good, new-looking installations.

Great value hotel with excellent amenities and location. the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I loved the complimentary rubber ducks in the hot springs and the convenience of the futon for children. the neighbourhood is lively and full of fun restaurants and stores.

Some of the linens were not clean and there was a strange odour coming from the bathroom. the pillows were too firm for my liking and the hallways felt a bit too dark.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel a couple of blocks from downtown Osaka. The location was perfect, being so close to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of Eastern and Western dishes. The hotel even had a relaxing onsen on the second floor, which was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

I did find that some of the clerks were not as friendly or attentive as others.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impressively spacious, especially compared to my previous stay in Tokyo. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the complimentary udon and access to the onsen. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the lively and bustling Dotonburi area. It was easy to walk to both Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi, which made exploring the neighborhood fun and convenient.
