Good sized rooms. Helpful staff organized doctor appointment during golden week. Convenient location near unique restaurants and bars. Quick and easy access to suitcase. Aircon controls next to bed. Efficient check-in and check-out. Clean and well-maintained. Convenient location for exploring. Small gifts add nice touch. Highly recommend.

The location is great, just a short walk from the train station. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is helpful and kind, and the rooms are modern and clean. The rooftop onsen is a nice bonus, and the breakfast has plenty of options.

The pillow was a bit hard, but it didn't bother me too much.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! the onsen was definitely the best aspect of this accommodation, as it was relaxing and soothing. the hotel is located a short distance from the train station and several restaurants, making it very convenient.

Although my experience at this hotel was great, the pillows were a bit too hard for my liking. Another downside was the air conditioning system that made a weird noise;
