the private room I booked was spacious and offered some privacy with cubby hole style beds. the mattress was comfortable and the facilities were very clean. I was also impressed with the excellent wifi coverage, as I was able to play online games with minimal lag. the free breakfast of bread, butter, marmalade, coffee, and juice was a nice touch. I also appreciated the ventilation and natural light from the windows, as well as the convenience of having an elevator. Another bonus was the make-up corner before entering the dorm. the staff members I encountered were friendly and their English was good. the location near Osaka Station made it easy to get around, and there was a Seven Eleven conveniently located across the street.
