Convenient location in a residential area. 3 floors, no elevator. Spacious room with good amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Great value for money. Close to tourist area. Free breakfast and drinks. Very clean.

I had a fantastic stay at Eco And Tec Kyoto. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the temples and shrines on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking a charming street. The guest lounge was a great bonus, with free coffee, tea, and even massage chairs to relax in. The laundry facilities were top-notch, and I appreciated being able to hang my clothes out to dry on the balcony. I highly recommend this budget-friendly gem for a stay in Kyoto. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly return again.

Eco and Tec Kyoto is located in a very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is conveniently accessible by metro from Kyoto station, taking only 15 minutes. The hotel has a nice communal area where guests can enjoy free tea and coffee.

This hotel was excellently situated for walking to all the main tourist sites. We loved being in the quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well equipped with free tea and coffee. The prices were reasonable and there was even a vending machine on-site. We also appreciated the balcony in our room. The breakfast, although not a full meal, was served in a bag and included a selection of small breads.

No negative aspects, everything was great!

The location of the hotel was great, close to many famous attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and environmentally friendly, with no daily towel changes. The hotel offered a light breakfast of three small pastries and coffee which was nice.

The room size was small, and the beds were uncomfortably firm with no sheet. The toilet was also quite small and uncomfortable, and the lack of lift in the building made it difficult to access the room.
