The staff were super helpful in suggesting cool places to dine & easy spot to rent ski gear. the hotel had a cozy vibe with wood stove, coffee corner, and parking. Wish the onsen was open, had to hit the public baths nearby which wasn't ideal in the cold. But overall, had a fab time & will def consider it for next winter trip! 🏔️.

The staff once saved me by returning my forgotten items. I keep returning for the New Year. the cozy room here has Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle, fulfilling all my needs. I feel at home every time.
