The hotel's location was superb! I was only a few minutes' drive away from a major shopping center - very convenient. The hotel also offered a breathtaking 180-degree view of the surrounding area - amazing! Though there was no WIFI available, the hotel had its own WIFI phone to compensate. Plus, the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.

That the hotel's facilities came with an extra charge, including the SPA & Wellness center which we expected to be included in the room fee. , the hotel's carpet floors seemed quite old and outdated.

The employees were helpful and friendly, even with language barriers. The spa was spectacular, with a relaxing atmosphere and respectful treatment. Reasonable cost and variety of options. Convenient location near military bases.

We had a fantastic time at the resort. The onsen provided breathtaking views, and the spa was clean and relaxing. The cafe on the main floor served excellent breakfast. Even though our room was a bit outdated, it was clean and comfortable. The convenience of having a nearby Aeon mall was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
