Staying at this hotel was an awesome experience! the staff was super flexible and professional, letting me check in and out without extra charges. the property was spotless, stylish, and had a peaceful atmosphere. the shared bathrooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the onsen was a real treat. the capsule and bed were cozy and comfy, and despite the warmth, the AC made it bearable. Everyone was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious!

While my stay was fantastic, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. One night, the noise from a snoring guest made it hard to sleep, so bringing earplugs is wise.

At my favorite spot, staff kindly found my lost wallet once. Everything suits me: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, security, Bar, Restaurant. Coming back for Christmas.
