We had a truly exceptional stay at Hoter Mai Ste is 清澄 Baimas in Tokyo. The twin beds in our room were incredibly spacious and the mattress was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room itself was clean and had a nice amount of space. We also appreciated the option of two different style pillows for added comfort. The hotel's location was convenient, with the train station just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to various lines. The area felt safe and quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff was friendly and spoke English, making communication a breeze. Another highlight was the availability of a washing machine opposite the reception, allowing us to conveniently do laundry during our stay. Lastly, being able to leave our suitcases at the hotel after check-out was a helpful touch. we highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and friendly staff.

For the price I paid, this hotel was superb. The spacious rooms with a kitchenette and microwave were a great value for money. Plus, the location was in a nice and quiet neighborhood, just around 300 meters from the subway system. The staff provided good service and the basic amenities, including in-room wifi, were up to par.

I had a great experience staying at Mystays Kiyosumi Shirakawa. the location was perfect, being centrally located between two main rail lines and away from the busy areas of Tokyo. There were plenty of food shops and even an awesome noodle place nearby. the free and fast wifi was a bonus, especially after a long day of exploring. the rooms, or mini-apartments, were spacious and had all the basic kitchen equipment we needed. the staff were friendly and spoke English well, making communication easy. it was a convenient and comfortable stay after a busy day of sightseeing.

This hotel was a good value for the money. the room was spacious and clean with a simple yet modern design. the mini kitchen was also a great addition, including an electric stove, fridge, and microwave. the location was not too far from tourist attractions, allowing for easy travel around the city.

The room was not cleaned daily, and I had to request clean towels and bedding. the walls in the room were also very thin, and I could hear my neighbors talking and moving around at all times of the day and night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
