Had a great Xmas at this hotel. The private onsens were a highlight, with the option to book ahead and enjoy them privately. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was convenient, close to the station and easy access to the Hakone loop.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious room that easily accommodated our family of four. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, with easy access to Gora station and the cable car. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a lovely view of the forested areas and mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. the hotel provided great facilities and advantages for families.

The lack of nearby options within walking distance, but this was easily solved by stocking up on snacks beforehand.

The breakfast and dinner were fantastic and made from fresh ingredients, which really added to our holiday experience. It was very private and comfortable, and we really enjoyed relaxing there. the staff were thoughtful and courteous, and the location in the park made it easy to get fresh air and enjoy nature walks.

The uphill walk from the train station to the hotel was tiring and not very convenient. Although, we did have the option of being picked up, it was a bit of a hassle when we had to wait a long time for the car to arrive.

I couldn't believe how spacious and clean the room at Forest Gora Onsen was. The highlight was definitely the amazing multi-course dinner. The ingredients were so fresh and the presentation was beautiful. I even had the most perfect omelette for breakfast one morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Forest Gora Onsen for a fantastic experience.

During my stay at Forest Gora Onsen, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They provided free transportation to various locations, making our sightseeing easier. The traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast were not only delicious but also a fun experience. The private onsens were spacious and comfortable, although the water was a bit too hot. The overall atmosphere of the place was relaxing and clean, and the outdoor private bath, in particular, was stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in the Gora or Hakone area.
