The hotel's location allowed us to easily walk to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, with modern amenities such as complimentary coffee. We especially appreciated the inclusive breakfast and the option to try local delicacies.

The bathroom was quite small, which made it challenging to move around. Although the staff was friendly, there were some communication issues due to language barriers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Oita. the location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the main station with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. The hotel is situated right on the main shopping street, making it convenient for exploring the town. Another great aspect was the attention to detail throughout the hotel. From the stylish furniture to the spotless rooms, everything was well-maintained and designed with care. The staff were also incredibly helpful and provided excellent service, offering advice on getting around the area. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was a wonderful surprise with a great selection to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

There's only one small improvement I could suggest, and that was the lighting in the bathroom. While the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, the mirror lighting was a bit dim for my liking.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the JR station, making it easy to explore the city. It is right in the center of Oita, surrounded by shops and restaurants. You can even reach the station through an undercover shopping arcade, perfect for rainy days. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer a good range of breakfast options and provide bathroom amenities like slippers and gowns.

The hotel could improve on its lack of an onsen facility.

The location was great, with plenty of parking nearby for larger vehicles and onsite parking for smaller cars. There were also many restaurants and convenience stores close by. The room was excellent for the price, with a spacious bath by Japanese standards. The in-hotel coin laundry was convenient, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. The one-drink welcome service and vending machines with beer and canned cocktails were a nice touch. The free ice dispenser on the second floor was also a bonus, and being able to control our own air conditioning was a rare perk.

For us, it was ideal.
