The hotel was clean and new, with friendly staff who spoke multiple languages. It was located very close to both the train station and subway which made getting around the city very easy. the iPads in the rooms were also a great touch and made organizing and planning my day a lot easier.

The room was quite dim and the noise from the nearby transportation was very loud and disruptive during operation hours, making it difficult to sleep. the breakfast buffet was not worth the price and could be easily surpassed by food options across the street.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located close to multiple stations. With the JR rail station, Nankai line, and Subway all within easy reach, getting around the city was a breeze. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing towels on a rainy day. In the evening, we enjoyed the lounge where we could relax with a cup of tea or coffee.

The surrounding area at night may not be suitable for leisurely walks.

This hotel is a great value for money, with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, as it is right next to the train station with a direct connection to the airport. Despite being close to the railway, the hotel is surprisingly not noisy at all. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are all provided in the rooms. I especially appreciated the working AC, which was a relief during the hot summer days.

All in all, everything was just fine.

There were some aspects of the room that were not up to par. There were areas that had not been dusted, and the bathroom fan was clogged with fluff.

Very well located near train stations, larger rooms, direct connection to Dotonburi and Kansai airport, good value for money, short walk to Shinsekai district.
