The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us to all the best spots and even offering a transportation pass. The highlight was definitely the onsen experience, especially the outdoor one - it was absolutely incredible.

I recently stayed at Fuji-Hakone Guest House for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and provided helpful information about the area. The traditional tatami rooms were comfortable and the heater kept us warm during the chilly nights. One of the highlights was the indoor and outdoor hot springs, which were incredibly relaxing. The location, nestled in the mountain area, offered a beautiful backdrop and easy access to local bus services. Additionally, there were convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping. I would definitely return in the future!

Who needs comfortable futons and a peaceful atmosphere when you can have stained beds and a smelly room? So disappointing.
