The serene lake scenery in the café added a sense of peace and relaxation. The private onsen bathtub was a real treat, allowing me to unwind while enjoying the magnificent sight of Mount Fuji. The hotel staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The location, right in front of a beautiful lake, was perfect and the hotel itself was clean and beautiful. it was a wonderful stay.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of high-quality options and the restaurant had stunning views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko. the hotel had a shuttle bus service to the train station and an observation deck to admire the breathtaking views.

Some of the staff had limited English proficiency, which occasionally caused confusion.

I absolutely loved the peaceful and serene lake view from our spacious, newly renovated tataki room. The modern bed was comfortable and the breakfast and buffet exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. The location was fantastic, with stunning views of Mt. Fuji on one side and the lake on the other. The hotel decor was excellent and the lakeside area was well-maintained. We were even provided with a free shuttle service to and from the train station.

The hotel offers a free shuttle from Kawaguchiko Train Station, which is great because who wants to walk? I also enjoyed swimming in the pool during the summer season and the complimentary WiFi.
