We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel! Not to mention that the onsen area is extremely well maintained, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, making us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, providing the perfect atmosphere for a tranquil getaway. Additionally, the room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the delicious meals served in the dining restaurant. our experience at this place was truly remarkable. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and high-quality stay.

If you plan to play tourist and explore the nearby train stations, you may need to use taxis, which can be quite expensive. However, this minor inconvenience is well worth it for the remarkable service and facilities offered here.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel tucked away in Nagano. The building itself is stunning with traditional decorations and a calming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and made sure I had the best experience possible. The location was perfect, surrounded by waterfalls and hiking trails. The meals were a highlight, with incredibly delicious food made from freshly harvested ingredients. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

I had one of the best traditional Japanese inn experiences ever during my recent city trip. the food was amazing; I enjoyed my private dining room. the room and veranda were clean and spacious, with lovely beds to sleep in. the hot spring, which was mostly empty, felt personal and relaxing that it helped me relieve stress.

The rooms need a facelift especially the bathrooms, which were very dated. the wine list in the restaurant was not impressive.
