Every visit, I'm welcomed with kindness. They even gave me water late at night once. Free Wi-Fi, luggage area, restaurant, and a gym are perfect for my business trip. the rooms have a TV, kettle, and AC. It's my go-to place.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, proximity to the station, amazing breakfast, and helpful staff. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the view of Mt. Fuji was fantastic. The location next to the station made transportation very convenient. Cons: Nothing, all excellent.

Spent New Year's at a great hotel. the interior was very well-decorated, and the room furniture looked pretty new. the staff was friendly, and they had a good command of the English language. the location was very convenient, located near a train station and car rentals, with several dining options nearby. the bay window was great, offering a lovely view, and the bed was very comfortable, a perfect way to relax after a day out.

Although the staff was friendly, some of them weren't confident in speaking English, making it difficult to make requests. it would have been better if the payment process was smoother;

We had a wonderful experience here at this hotel. The staff were super nice and the rooms were speckless. We especially loved the little sofa by the window, it added a lovely touch to the room. The best part is that this place is literally beside the station, making it extremely convenient for us to explore the area.
