The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing accurate information and making us feel very welcome. the guest house was very clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the location was perfect - a quiet area with not too many people on the streets, and easily accessible to public transportation.

There were limited restaurant options around the hotel, and some of them closed quite early. it was a bit difficult to explain the address to taxi drivers as they seemed unfamiliar with it.

I had a wonderful stay at Fujitaya. The staff was welcoming and supportive, always ready to help with any request. The hostel has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and it's a great place to mingle with other travelers or simply chill in the lounge. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with Japanese-style futons and fresh sheets. The shared bathrooms are well-maintained, and there are instructions and information carefully placed around the hostel. The location is quiet and charming, yet conveniently close to train and bus stations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kyoto. The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were great, including a comfortable communal living space and a kitchenette that we could use. The location was super convenient, with easy access to the metro station and only a few stops away from well-known tourist attractions. The breakfast provided was a nice bonus, and we also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.
