We loved the cozy vibe, free bikes for exploring, and the huge bathtub for a relaxing soak after our adventures. the owner was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help us, even giving us rides and suggesting great places to visit, making our stay feel special. the dining area and kitchen facilities were a nice touch, and we enjoyed the unlimited tea and coffee.

Ryokan Sansui provided a wonderful experience! the hostess was incredibly kind, welcoming us daily and offering rides to the ski lift. Our room was spacious, equipped with a comfy bed, sofa, and TV, making it perfect for an extended stay. Clean facilities, a cozy atmosphere, and delicious nearby dining options, like the Navo vegan cafe, added to our enjoyment. the shared bathrooms were well-maintained, allowing easy access whenever needed. We would love to return!

The staff at this budget accommodation were very friendly and accommodating, treating guests like family members. The hostess went above and beyond to provide excellent service and clear communication across language barriers. The interiors of the place have been updated, creating a nice and clean atmosphere. The cozy beds made for a comfortable sleep, and the communal bath was a great feature, especially in winter. guests can purchase discounted day tickets for a nearby ski resort.

Despite the friendly service, there is only one showering/bath room, which can get crowded.
