Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views of snow-covered mountains from the room, great open-air onsen, delicious dinner included.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, particularly a helpful and polite staff member named 曰塔绫乃. They were incredibly accommodating and even helped me resolve an issue with my lost JR Pass. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive. Despite being a 3-star establishment, the rooms were well-appointed, with two comfortable single beds and a stunning open view overlooking the picturesque fields. It really made the stay feel special. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delightful. The food was of high quality and the variety offered ensured that there was something for everyone.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was wonderful and we truly had no complaints.

The onsen had 8 pools, and the twin room was surprisingly large. The open-air onsen had a scenic view of snowy mountains. A hypermarket was conveniently located nearby. The staff helped book a taxi tour and were polite and helpful. Popura Farm and its delicious ice cream were right beside the hotel.

Great stay for my New Year’s celebration! The hot spring pools were divine, with several options for guests, and the overall scenery was breathtaking. Location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions, with the main sights around only 30 minutes away by car. Plus, there were plenty of restaurant options within a 10-minute drive. The rooms were spacious, and the views were astonishing. Plus, the friendly staff made our stay even better, always ready to help and offer suggestions.

The language barrier made some communication difficult, and the staff struggled to understand us. The breakfast was a bit of a challenge as we were not used to some of the items served, but there was plenty of coffee to wash down those exotic flavors.
