I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel very welcome. The hotel had a stunning view, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with hardwood floors and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The food at the French restaurant and Teppanyaki restaurant was excellent, offering great value for the price. The breakfast options were delicious, with a variety of set courses to choose from. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Unwelcoming - pool only open in July. Small. Spectacular night view of city. Amazing breakfast and excellent dinner at Forest restaurant. Quick drive or taxi into city, shuttle available. Private balcony, access to lounge with snacks and drinks. Friendly, accommodating staff. Girlfriend, in hospitality industry, impressed. View and food great. Free inclusive club lounge with high class touch. Free shuttle to Nagsasaki JR for city exploration.

Stunning Views and Friendly Staff

The hotel was located on top of a hill, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Each room had its own balcony so you could admire the scenery at any time. the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help us. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and even provided us with complimentary drinks in the lounge.

While the location was picturesque, it was a bit isolated, and dining options were limited. the hotel restaurants were on the expensive side, and we found better value in town.
