We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered with exclusive amenities and exceptional service from the staff. the garden area, hot spring bath and open-air bath provided a serene retreat for ultimate relaxation. the public bath was also impressive. the room advantages were unparalleled with private facilities and stunning views of the surrounding area. the restaurant offered a delectable dining experience with a wide range of menu options.

One minor issue we encountered was the cost. the hotel was a bit pricey, but the exclusive amenities and luxurious experience definitely made up for it.

The rooms and facilities were not well-maintained, and the outdoor hot spring appeared to not be cleaned regularly. The staff's service was also underwhelming, lacking any personal touch or warmth. an average experience that did not justify the hotel's high price point.

During my stay at the hotel, I encountered a typhoon which caused disruptions to my plans. However, the staff at Ginka were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. They booked new transportation, cancelled reservations, and even provided a take-out breakfast when I had to check out early. Their warm service and willingness to help in difficult situations truly made a difference. The food, room, and overall experience at Ginka were outstanding. The shuttle service from the train station was convenient, and I enjoyed the peaceful and tranquil onsen. I had an exceptional stay and would definitely recommend Ginka to others.
