Our stay at Ginzanso was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived at Oishida Station, the shuttle bus was waiting to take us to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our communication needs were met. The facilities were top-notch, especially the public onsen and the beautiful dining area. We loved our room with the open-air private baths, it was a truly luxurious experience. The meals included in the half-board package were exceptional, served in private dining rooms with attentive and friendly staff. The location was convenient, just a short walk into town with breathtaking views. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with a shuttle bus service available between the hotel and the nearby train station. The rooms are comfortable, with comfortable pillows and futons, and there is a variety of drinks available during meals.

The language barrier can be a challenge as the staff does not speak English, making it difficult to communicate special requests or dietary restrictions.

The food was delicious and satisfying, perfect for a Thanksgiving feast. the private onsen had a great view and was very clean. the location was just a short walk away from town.

There were too many bugs around, which made it difficult to stay outside. the shared onsen was dirty and not properly maintained.
