We loved the spacious and tidy room, complete with a private bath tub, although the water was a bit too hot. The staff were friendly and most of them spoke English, making communication easy. The hotel facilities were stunning, with attention to detail evident throughout. The food was presented beautifully and tasted delicious, even better than some pricey meals we had in Tokyo.

They were helpful and could address most of my questions in English. The Kaiseki dinner was enjoyable, although the lack of alternative food sources nearby was a downside for someone with a big appetite. Nonetheless, the staff went above and beyond, providing rides from the station and even quality umbrellas when it was pouring. a relaxing and secluded experience.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with traditional Japanese decor. The private outdoor hot springs were just what we needed to unwind in luxury. The attentive service made us feel pampered and truly taken care of. The Bar/Lounge area was intimate and perfect for a nightcap.

The only minor inconvenience we experienced was the lack of alternative food options on the property. However, the Kaiseki dinner was delicious and showcased the traditional Japanese flavors that the hotel is known for.
