gora tensui was perfection. the staff, from kathumata san to nagasawa san, were exceptional. the room with stone tub was perfect. location ideal. onsen and food were oishii. recommend longer stay for outstanding experience. must-visit museums nearby.

We also enjoyed the double bathtub spa on the 4th floor, which was a great experience for couples. The location was convenient, and we appreciated being able to choose our own yukata. The hotel also offered free admission to hot stone therapy and had spacious private baths available for reservation. The customer manager, 加藤さん, was exceptional - professional, helpful, and fluent in English and Chinese. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
