I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Hakone. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights of my stay was the private open-air hot bath on the top floor of the hotel, where I could relax and take in the beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. The food was also a standout, with beautifully presented dishes that provided a taste of Japan. gora tensui was perfection. the staff, from kathumata san to nagasawa san, were exceptional. the room with stone tub was perfect. location ideal. onsen and food were oishii. recommend longer stay for outstanding experience. must-visit museums nearby.

We had a fantastic time at Gora Tensui during our recent stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we were even upgraded to a superior suite with a private spa bathtub. We also enjoyed the double bathtub spa on the 4th floor, which was a great experience for couples. The location was convenient, and we appreciated being able to choose our own yukata. The hotel also offered free admission to hot stone therapy and had spacious private baths available for reservation. The customer manager, 加藤さん, was exceptional - professional, helpful, and fluent in English and Chinese. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
