I recently stayed at Granbell Hotel in Osaka for a few nights during my trip. The onsen bath on the 19th floor was a highlight, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. I also enjoyed the Amenities Buffet and the cozy coffee machine in the lobby, great for meeting up with friends. The rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise with its openable windows and proximity to Semba Building and other shopping streets. The central location and modern facilities, including the spa, added to the overall positive experience. The front desk staff, despite the language barrier, were friendly and helpful, thanks to Google Translate.

The hotel was modern, clean, and conveniently located near shopping and attractions. The public bath on the top floor, lounge in the lobby, and restaurant downstairs were great amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a light sleeper like me. The laundry area was also convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel just two blocks away from Shinsaibashi-suji, the shopping street. The location was excellent, close to the metro and in a quiet area. The staff members were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us during a recent typhoon. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a TV that had international channels and easy connection to Netflix and YouTube. The onsen was a delightful experience, and we also enjoyed the rooftop bar. a great stay at Granbell Hotel!

The staff members were so friendly, they even called a taxi for me during the typhoon. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the location was away from the tourist area. I would definitely come here again!

Just loved the greenwashing policy of not tidying the room but bringing plastic bags and new towels every day. So sustainable!

Nothing everything was great.

The room was clean, stylish, and had great air conditioning. We loved the onsen on the 19th floor, it was a fantastic addition to our stay. The location was also a plus, with a 15-20 minute walk through the shopping district to Dotonburi. There were plenty of great food places nearby as well.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore popular tourist spots and get around. With two nearby metro stations, you can easily access various attractions. the hotel is close to the lively Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and the iconic Glico man on Dotonburi. Along your walk, you'll find a plethora of dining options to choose from.

The check-in process could be improved. Some guests experienced complications with the check-in machines, which caused delays and inconvenience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Granbell Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Osaka, being just a short walk from both the subway station and popular shopping and dining areas. The convenience of having Shinsaibashi shopping strip and Dotonbori within walking distance was a major plus. The hotel also provided complimentary face creams and cleansers in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Additionally, having paid laundry facilities right next to the public baths made doing laundry a breeze.

Although the overall experience was great, I did find the room to be a bit on the smaller side. With limited space, it was a challenge to accommodate more than one suitcase.
