The Grand Central Hotel in Tokyo exceeded all my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Kanda Station and great restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. I especially loved the free smartphone provided in the room, which was incredibly helpful in navigating the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenience, and excellent amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located near Kanda station, just one stop away from Tokyo station. This makes it easy to travel within and outside of Tokyo. The subway station of Ginza line is also nearby, providing quick access to many attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a choice of different pillows to suit your needs. The staff is helpful and can speak English. The hotel offers useful facilities such as a coin laundrette, massages, and even a cellphone for guests to borrow.

The breakfast options were average, but there are other dining options available in the local area.

The hotel is great value for money, with good facilities, and is located within a short walk from Kanda station, making it a great base for exploring the city. The huge windows in the room provide beautiful natural light.

The bath towels could use an update.

The hotel is a bit outdated, especially in terms of technology. the air conditioning was not consistent, fluctuating between hot and cold.

Loved our weekend stay! Staff was amazing and really made us feel welcome. We were given a complimentary mobile phone with data which was super helpful for exploring the city. Location was perfect with plenty of nearby convenience stores and easy access to public transportation. the room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant next door was a great spot for breakfast. Plus, the laundry service was great for a quick refresh of our clothes.

That the area was a bit quiet at night and lacked a variety of restaurants for dining. Our room was also a bit small and the bathroom too.

Although the rooms were a bit small, as expected in Tokyo, they were clean and comfortable. The hotel's well-managed atmosphere made up for any space constraints.

the location was excellent, just a short walk from the JR station and subway. This made it convenient for exploring both within Tokyo and outside the city. There were also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. the room itself was comfortable, with a great shower and clean furnishings. I also appreciated the breakfast buffet, which had a fantastic selection and was reasonably priced. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The soundproofing of the rooms was not great, with noise from neighboring rooms and flushing toilets being easily heard. the bathroom was a bit cramped, especially for taller individuals, and the bathtub was too small to be used comfortably.
