Great value and convenience: the hotel's location near Shinagawa Station was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It was just a short walk from the station, making it easy to travel around Tokyo and access the airport.

Lack of shuttle service: One drawback was the lack of a shuttle service to Shinagawa Station. Having to walk downhill to the station in the morning and uphill back to the hotel at night could be tiring, especially after a day of exploring the city.

The location of the hotel is great, close to both the metro and the bullet train stations. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a small balcony attached. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of Japanese and Continental food, and the service from both the restaurant and housekeeping staff is friendly and warm.

I recently stayed at the Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa for a few nights during my trip to Japan. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and spoke excellent English. They provided free transport from Shinagawa station and made it easy to book an airport shuttle. The room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing, with a great shower and toiletries. The views of the city were ok and I can imagine they would be even prettier in spring. The buffet breakfast was a bit expensive but a great way to end our adventures in Japan. I will definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located near Shinagawa station, the hotel is ideal for exploring Tokyo or catching trains to nearby locations. There are many stores around the station and it is just a short distance from Haneda airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom was well-equipped with toiletries.

The breakfast buffet was quite expensive and there were not many affordable options nearby.

We loved the location of Prince, it was so easy to get around and explore the city. The garden was a perfect oasis for morning coffee. The in-house dining options were amazing and provided a great culinary experience. Prince offered a comfortable and practical stay. Would recommend.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel up a steep hill from the station in this busy suburb with a great train service. The location was perfect and I was able to easily access the train station and restaurants. The service here was impeccable - I was able to use the dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, and laundry services. The room itself was impressive, featuring an ironing board, heating and air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. I also had access to an indoor pool, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with family - it's a great place to stay.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the train station. We loved the complimentary breakfast and all-day access to the lounge, which had plenty of snacks and drinks. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms had great views of the city and were generally clean and comfortable.

Some aspects of the hotel were a bit outdated and worn. the furniture in the room looked old and the bathroom could have used some refurbishment.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel was conveniently located near the station, making it very easy to access all trains, including the bullet trains. This was especially handy for traveling to various Tokyo destinations and even to Kyoto. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a small park next to it for morning and evening strolls. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
