We had a fantastic stay at Granvia Osaka-Jr Hotel Group. the location was absolutely perfect, right inside the Osaka station and connected to Daimaru for easy access to shopping and dining options. the newly remodeled rooms were a pleasant surprise and made our stay even more comfortable. the self-check-in and check-out option on the upper floors streamlined the process and was incredibly convenient. we were impressed with the improvements since our last visit three years ago. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The staff were very attentive and efficient, providing a seamless check-in process and even arranging for our luggage to be in the room when we returned. The room itself was big and comfortable, one of the largest we had during our trip. The hotel also had a nice lounge bar and individual smoking area, adding to the overall comfort and luxury. The friendly and polite staff, along with the free and rapid WiFi network, made our stay even more enjoyable. The beautiful scenery outside our window was an added bonus.

While the room was comfortable, the shampoo and body wash could have been better. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the train stations meant that we could hear the train is coming music every few minutes, especially at night when it was quieter.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel located right in the heart of Osaka Station and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The location couldn't be better, with plenty of amenities nearby and easy access to all of Osaka's attractions. The room itself was incredibly spacious and had all the modern comforts we could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. We especially loved the bathroom, with its rainfall shower and luxurious bathtub. The staff at reception were attentive and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We stayed here and had a wonderful experience being located right on top of the train station. It was so convenient to be able to catch our train on time and not have to worry about missing it. The bathroom was also great with a bathtub and free toiletries, and we appreciated having ironing facilities available.

Hotel Granvia Osaka-Jr offers a fantastic location right on Osaka Central Station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The corner room we stayed in was spacious and had stunning views from two windows. The bathroom area was well-designed with two sinks and separate doors for the toilet and shower. The hotel's reception on Granvia Floor made check-out quick and easy, saving us time. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. We also enjoyed the lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks.
