I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the onsen which was large and relaxing. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, right next to the ropeway station and a short walk to the bus stop. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though their English was limited.

I had a wonderful stay at the Green Plaza in Hakone. The view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The onsen was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The buffet meals offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, both eastern and western. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing instructions in English and making my stay comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the cable car and hiking routes made it convenient for exploring the nearby lake. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere, and delicious meals.

Additionally, the lobby concerts were exceptional, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere.

Wonderful room with comfortable beds and outdoor bathtub with view of Mt Fuji. Natural Onsen was a fantastic experience. Location is a bit far, but worth it for the walks and exploration. Friendly and helpful staff.

The Japanese-style rooms offer stunning views. The onsen boasts a great view of the sunset behind Mt. Fuji. English instructions and English-speaking staff are available. There are nice hiking routes nearby, and the hotel is conveniently located near a cable car. The food is diverse and satisfying, catering to different preferences.

Staff is friendly and location is ideal for taking the ropeway. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Beautiful chapel for weddings.

We absolutely loved the private onsen and the stunning views of Mount Fuji from the hotel. the onsen experience was truly relaxing and rejuvenating, and having a private one just for ourselves was a special treat. the location of the hotel was also great, being close to the ropeway station and offering easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, we appreciated the delicious dinner served at the hotel, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

We found the front desk staff to be lacking in English proficiency, which made it difficult to get proper directions and recommendations for exploring the area. This was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to getting useful tips on the main attractions in the area.

We had an amazing time here! The location of this venue is really fantastic, being right beside the Ropeway station in a lovely area. The service was also great, with staff at the reception desk and his manager being particularly helpful and polite. The room amenities were top-notch too, including free wi-fi, heating and air conditioning, flat-screen tv, and electric kettle.

The garden area and hot spring bath provided a tranquil and serene experience. The public bath and facilities were clean and well-maintained. The overall experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
