Our stay at Green Rich Hotel Nagoya Nishiki was a pleasant experience. The room, although small, was nicely decorated and had a great mirror with good lighting. We particularly enjoyed the bathhouse, which was simple but delightful. The location was fantastic, allowing us to walk to anywhere in the city without any issues. The staff were kind and went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we needed help with luggage transfer. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cozy rooms, enjoyable amenities, and helpful staff.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist me when I had complications with my luggage transfer. They made numerous phone calls to help me sort out the situation and I felt extremely grateful for their kindness. the helpful and friendly staff made my stay very enjoyable. the location was also perfect for exploring the city and had easy access to public transportation.

While the hotel offered a public hot bath, it fell short of my expectations. the tub in my room was just as good and more convenient.
