We had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was stunning, with a beautiful beach setup that included a lovely café. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. We especially enjoyed the option to drive a cart around the hotel, making it easy to explore the grounds. The dining options were excellent, with a standout being the garden dining where we got to grill fresh seafood and meat ourselves. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

We had a truly exceptional stay at Haimurubushi. The resort has made impressive improvements since our last visit, including the addition of new animals like horses and turtles, as well as the Sea Station where we could snorkel and enjoy water slide fun. The variety of food choices and the delightful buffet stations for children at night were a great improvement as well. We were fortunate to visit during peak season and got to experience everything the resort had to offer. The highlight of our stay was witnessing the breathtaking sight of the Milky Way at night. A special shoutout to Stephane, the English-speaking staff member, who ensured our family was well taken care of throughout our stay.

We had such a fantastic time at this hidden gem in Okinawa! The location was absolutely perfect, with a private beach just a short drive away. We also had the chance to dine at the second best restaurant on the island, which was a culinary delight. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom, although small, was immaculate. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The resort had wonderful facilities, including a hot bath with stunning garden and sea views, an outdoor pool with comfortable pool beds, and even a golf course. It definitely gave a strong competition to other resorts like Club Med.

The transportation to the resort, which required multiple connections and could be a hassle if you had a lot of luggage.

The beach views were amazing and the proximity to the sea was perfect. Our room had a private balcony with a stunning sight that we enjoyed. We also appreciated the shuttle service from the port as it saved us some time and energy.

The rooms did not seem clean, and it was not possible to open windows or turn off the automatic entryway light when needed. there was a lack of variety in breakfast and the service offered from the staff was generally poor.
