Friendly staff and convenient location

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff at Hotel Wbf Grande. Although their English was limited, they were still very helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location was also very convenient, within walking distance to the main attractions in Hakodate. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel in Hakodate offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the comfortable and clean rooms. The location is perfect for sightseeing, as it is within walking distance of the main attractions in the city. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that your needs are taken care of during your stay.

There were no major issues or complaints during my stay. Everything was great!

This hotel is located in a very convenient area, just a short distance from the cable car station up to Mt. Hakodate. It's also not far from the tram station, making it easy to get around. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great views of Mt. Hakodate and the sea. The bathroom amenities provided are of good quality, like the Shiseido Tsubaki shampoo and conditioner. They also offer free rental bikes and a buffet breakfast with delicious Hokkaido milk.

The coffee served at the hotel was not up to par.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea. the hotel provided free flow coffee and tea, which was a great addition. the location is perfect as it is within walking distance to the major attractions.

First of all, this hotel is in a great location. It may be a bit off from the main attractions, but it is just near the tram stop and within walking distance to the red brick warehouses and the Mount Hakodate ropeway station. Everything is easily accessible.

All in all, everything was ok during my stay at this hotel.
