I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The outdoor onsen was a highlight, with the snow falling on my skin while I relaxed and enjoyed the breathtaking view of the ocean and mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting me by name whenever I entered the hotel. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, especially the all-you-can-eat snow crab legs. I discovered a little trick of melting butter cups in a small bowl of soup to dip the crab legs in - it was a game-changer!

Families visiting this place will definitely enjoy their stay.

The view from the hotel was stunning, with an amazing ocean and mountain scenery. I enjoyed the outdoor hot spring, especially during Easter time, with the snow falling gently while immersing in the spring. the staff was very kind, calling us by name and greeting us every time we passed by. the breakfast was also a highlight, fresh and delicious, with many seafood options.

Although the atmosphere and location were great, I found the beds too hard for my comfort, significantly affecting my sleep quality. the advertised dinner selection did not meet my expectations, as some of the food was left dry and cold.

I was traveling with my family of four and staying in a Junior Suite room at Yunokawa Onsen Umi To Akari Hewitt Resort was the best decision. The room was spacious, with 2 double beds and 2 futons for the kids. We all had a comfortable stay. The onsen and buffet meals, both for dinner and breakfast, were fantastic. The view of the ocean from our room was breathtaking. The hotel is located in a quiet area but with easy access to the city center through a nearby bus stop. The rooftop onsen with open-air and private baths provided a relaxing experience.

While the buffet was amazing, it could get crowded during weekends, although it was less busy during weekdays. The lack of variety and individuality in the hotel experience was noticeable, but it was still acceptable.

The friendly staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, readily assisting with any request. The breakfast buffet offers delicious options like Hokkaido butter and fresh honey. The hotel also boasts a rooftop onsen with both open-air and private baths, providing the perfect place to unwind.

The dinner buffet options may be disappointing for those who are not fans of raw seafood.
