hakone was even more amazing the second time around, thanks to our stay at a beautiful hotel that combined modern luxury with traditional ryokan charm. spacious rooms, private onsen, delicious meals, and attentive staff made our family vacation unforgettable. the view of the mountains and lake was breathtaking.

I stayed at a hotel that was located in an amazing spot by the lake. The views were breathtaking and it was great to be in a remote area free from any noise and commotion. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure I was comfortable at all times. The shuttle service was free which was a bonus, and the room had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family.

Highly recommended for its ideal location, just steps away from Togendai Station and easy access to the ropeway and pirate ship cruise. The all-you-can-eat dinner and breakfast offer a vast selection of food of good quality. The private open air onsen bath is a great addition to the experience.

I had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, situated right on the lakeside with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, from the friendly and helpful front desk to the attentive dining staff. Despite the language barrier, they made a noticeable effort to communicate in English and their warmth and hospitality were evident. The modern and clean decor added to the overall ambiance of the hotel, making it a comfortable and pleasant stay. The onsen amenities were top-notch, and I loved trying out the different toiletries provided. the service, location, and amenities made my stay here truly memorable.

The location was stunning, with a gorgeous view of Lake Ashinoko. The hotel was within walking distance to the Hakone rope way and cruise, which was amazing for us as backpackers. The room had a private onsen, which was fantastic. The breakfast and dinner buffet spreads were delicious with a wide variety of options. The spa area was super clean, with indoor and outdoor hot water pools that were a great way to relax.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were captivated by the beautiful view of Lake Ashi and the surrounding mountains. the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and we enjoyed indulging in the hot springs on the balcony of our room. the hot spring water was a perfect temperature and left our skin feeling amazing. the room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. the food at the hotel was top-notch, with dishes that could rival those on Masterchef. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. the free shuttle service to and from Odawara station was a great convenience. our time at Hanaori exceeded all expectations and will be a cherished memory for years to come.

Staying at this hotel during my business trip was a fantastic experience. the breakfast was a great start to the day, and the stunning view over the lake was an added bonus. the Japanese costumes provided were a fun way to embrace the local culture. the staff was more than welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was the best it could be. Finally, the private bath and foot spa were well worth the cost.

The location had limited convenience stores nearby. the lack of laundry service and the difficult public transportation requirements caused some inconvenience.

the wedding ceremony at the hotel exceeded our expectations. the stunning views, friendly staff, and delicious food made it a truly memorable experience. ashinoko hanaori is a beautiful property that we highly recommend.
