Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! the welcoming hot spring onsen was the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. the convenient location meant we could easily walk to the ski lifts and nearby shops. the inclusive breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options each day. Plus, the cozy lounge area was ideal for relaxing with a drink after a day of skiing.

If there's one small improvement that could be made, it would be to have more English-speaking staff available at the front desk. While they were friendly and did their best to assist, better communication would have been helpful in certain situations.

The breakfast was crazy good, biggest in Japan! the staff, especially Okie, was so helpful. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again. the rooms were even better in person.

I adored the cozy decorations in the common areas, especially the charming traditional Japanese touches that made me feel like I was truly immersed in the culture. the hotel's easy accessibility for us seniors, with wide hallways and ramps instead of stairs, truly made our stay comfortable and stress-free.

Wish the children working there could have been a tad more attentive to senior guests' needs.

Additionally, it is close to a variety of other slopes in the area, allowing guests to explore different options. The hotel is also in proximity to numerous fantastic restaurants in Hakuba, providing plenty of dining choices. Furthermore, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a day of adventure. Guests can also enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains and Hakuba valley from their rooms.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the ski lifts at Happo One. This makes it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes in no time. Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle service to other ski slopes, making it easy to explore different areas. The views from the rooms are absolutely stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop of the slopes.
