Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location, close to shops and ski lifts. Excellent facilities. Spacious rooms with hot water shower. Onsen in the hotel is a nice touch. Good breakfast options. Convenient gear hire next door.

The hotel is strategically located right in the centre of Happo Village, offering easy access to the Happo bus terminal and the bus stop which services the other mountains in the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The breakfast, though not extensive, provides a decent spread to start the day. the hotel offers laundry facilities and provides a great view from the small windows.

Limited TV stations available, with no English-speaking channels like CNN or ESPN.

During our Christmas stay at the hotel, we were impressed by the excellent customer service provided by the staff. the hotel’s location was convenient as it was close to the slopes and restaurants, which made it easy to move around. the hotel had an onsen, which was an added advantage that we enjoyed after a long day of skiing.

We found the size of the rooms to be quite small, which was a bit uncomfortable for us. some of the furniture in the rooms seemed a bit outdated and could do with an update.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the center of Happo Village and close to the main bus stop. It's incredibly convenient for getting to any of the other resorts or the ski slopes. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, offering suggestions for vegetarian eating and providing general information about the area. The rooms are comfortable, with western-style beds and basic amenities like chest of drawers. The breakfast is also great, with a good spread for everyone, including fresh cooked eggs.

All was great, no complaints whatsoever.
