The hotel is spotless, offers excellent facilities, and has a superb location near the Ski Jumping Station. the staff were helpful, providing useful tips on ski spots and restaurants and had trained chefs creating delicious breakfasts with a stunning view.

Thanks to the comfort and hospitality of the staff, especially Keito and Monica, this hotel really understands what hospitality is all about. the breakfast spread was a highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious western and Japanese food with stunning views of the mountains. the onsen spa was a great way to relax after a day of skiing. the hotel's location in front of the Olympic ski jumps is the best kept secret in Japan for travellers from overseas.

Our ski trip was complete with the cozy Yamano Hotel. the onsen provided a perfect end to our active days on the slopes. the ski jump view from our room and the restaurant was unbeatable. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered stunning mountain views.

The hotel even offers a shuttle service to transport us to-and-from the slopes, making it incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for a great stay. The hotel also provides a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The stunning view of the Olympic ski jumps adds an extra touch of excitement to the experience.

The chef's creations were divine, and the location next to Happo One Ski Resort was perfect. highly recommend this hotel.
